How it Works

Four steps — and the coins are yours

Pick a pair, enter your wallet, send the coins — automation does the rest: waits for network confirmations, exchanges at the order rate and sends the payout. You can play through an exchange below.

    Fixed or floating

Chosen in the exchange form. The difference is who takes the market movement while network confirmations are pending.

    Recommended

    Fixed

The amount you get is locked when the order is created and does not change even if the market moves.

    • You know exactly how much you get
    • Good for large amounts and slow networks

    Floating

The rate is taken when the payment is confirmed. The result can be higher or lower than estimated.

    • Rate closer to market
    • Good for fast networks
    • Final amount not known upfront

    How long confirmations take

The longest part is waiting for the network to confirm your transfer. We cannot speed it up, but we see every confirmation instantly.

    What if something goes wrong

The most common situations and what to do. In every case the money is safe if you contact support with the order number.

    ?Sent in a different network

Don't send again — contact support with the order number and transaction hash. If the network is compatible we'll find and return the funds; a transfer to an incompatible network may be unrecoverable — that's why the network is shown in large type in the order.

    ?Sent a different amount

With a fixed rate the order is recalculated or refunded minus the network fee — support will offer an option. With a floating rate the exchange goes through for the actual amount.

?Split the payment into two transfers

The order address is for one deposit. Contact support — the second transfer will be processed manually.

?The order was deleted but I already paid

Nothing is lost: the payment is visible on the blockchain. Contact support with the order number — we'll complete the exchange or refund you.

    ?Order is under review

Sometimes a payment is checked manually — usually up to 30 minutes. No action needed, the status updates by itself.

    ?The payout is taking long

Check the order status and the transaction link: if the payout is sent, it's already on the network. If the status hasn't changed for over an hour — support is available 24/7.
